Express Delivery / 2 working days £9.95. Order by 12:00noon / within 1-2 working days, excludes week-ends and Bank holidays.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Special Delivery £15.00. Order by 12:00noon excludes week-ends and Bank holidays.
We are happy to ask Royal Mail to leave a parcel with your neighbour but cannot take any responsibility if something goes wrong. The signature insures the value of the parcel in case of damage, loss or theft. We can therefore not leave parcels without signature in a hiding place.
During the last week of Sale (Super Clearance), we are offering an optional extra 15% off all sales prices to those customers who agree to the terms and apply the code at checkout. According to the conditions advertised, these sales are final and we can only offer Exchanges or Credit Notes (valid 2 years) instead of a refund. The discount excludes any Non-Sale items. Offer ends 11/02/2026 at midnight.

Standard sales prices and Returns terms are applied with a money refund within
14 days of return.
Full price items can be
returned for a refund within 21 days of receiving the
item. During the Sale, items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of
receiving the item. We are happy to refund or issue a credit note as long as the item(s) are new / unworn and fully labelled with the green returns/security tag.
Returns have a cost of £3.50, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount. Refunds can take 10-14 days to be processed from the receipt of the goods. If you have not received your refund, simply email us your proof of postage or your tracking number and our team will immediately investigate the matter further for you. Please retain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit without it.
Returning Shoes:
Please make sure you post them inside an outer protective box the same way you
received them. Please do not use the actual shoe box for posting as we will not
be able to refund the shoes. The shoe box must remain in perfect condition for
reselling.

Please contact us first so that
we can help you in the quickest possible way. We will ask for a photo or video
of the problem, so that we can quickly identify how to resolve the issue for
you. After 30 days, if a manufacturing fault is found then we’ll repair or replace
the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and we will send out the replacement for free. For any other exchanges, please return the item for a refund and repurchase the new item. Please note that we are sadly unable to assist you if an item is lost or damaged and you have not retained proof of postage. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.
All returned items must be new and complete with original packaging. All swing tags must be attached to process a refund. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Returns postage is non-refundable.
We are happy to ship orders internationally. Courier costs are indicated at checkout. Any import charges or returns costs that may be due, are payable by the customer.
Please note that House collection items cannot be sent internationally as they are too heavy and are easily damaged.
