TRADE DESCRIPTION ACT

Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications are correct at the time of going to press. However, while colour reproduction is a close representation, light variations in the actual goods may occur.

ORDERS

Payment for orders will have to be made at the point of sale, and not at the point of despatch. All prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. By making a purchase, you specifically authorise Plümo to submit information to the relevant third party for credit card authorisation. All card holders will be checked for validation and authorisation by the issuing credit card or bank. If your card issuer declines authorisation for any reason, Plümo cannot be held liable for any delay in despatch or non-delivery. Please supply us with a telephone number and/or email address so that we can reach you if there is a problem with your order.

International orders are charged in GBP pound sterling. The prevailing exchange rate of the day is charged /converted by the respective credit card company used.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You have the right to cancel your order however if the order has been processed and shipped by the warehouse it will not be possible for us to intervene / stop shipment. You will need to follow the standard returns procedure. Please contact customer services directly on 0208 889 9945 for further information.

WITHDRAWAL OF PRODUCTS OR PRICE CORRECTIONS

We reserve the right to remove or edit any products, materials, content or prices online at any time. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason at our sole discretion.

MEDIA CODES DISCLAIMER

Media codes issued can only be used until their expiry date. The offer can only be used once against a purchase and media codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer such as free p&p, discount offers, products reduced in price, gift vouchers, sample sale or seasonal sale.

CREDIT NOTES

Credit Notes are valid for 24 months (2 years) only from date of issue and cannot be used after their expiry.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and we will send out the replacement for free. For any other exchanges, please return the item for a refund and repurchase the new item.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Plümo cannot accept any liability for lost or stolen goods where specific instructions have been stated by the customer. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

Claims for lost deliveries must be made within 28 days of ordering/dispatch of goods, by contacting our customer service team.

SALES DISCLAIMER

During the Sales and Clearance Sales, stock levels are very low. We update the web site throughout the day but if a product sells out before an update is made, our office will notify you within 3 working days and either backorder/fulfil the order or refund the card. MAILING LIST We would like to keep you informed with regards to new products, special offers, the launch of the sales etc. If you prefer not to receive this information, please send an email to [email protected] or let us know when ordering over the phone.

LEGAL STATEMENT

Plümo's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Plümo to the customer. Plümo shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or any other way. Plümo cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or on the product. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.

The Plümo Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Plümo Ltd (“Plümo Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). By consenting to Plümo Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Plümo Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).


You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Plümo Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.


We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to Plümo or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Plümo Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.


To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
