Orders must be received before 1pm to guarantee a next working day delivery (excludes week ends and Bank Holidays). After 1pm, we can guarantee a 48 hours working day service.


COLLECTION FROM THE OFFICE

A collection of the order from the office is possible to avoid postage costs. Please phone customer services to arrange it. We need 24 hrs notice.

We will put your order on hold and email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight & dimension of the box. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. Please note that any house items cannot be sent internationally as they may be damaged.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Plümo cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.

SUPER CLEARANCE / EXTRA 20% OFF CLEARANCE SALES PRICES
The extra discount is substantial. All Sales are therefore final. During this promotion, we can only offer exchanges or credit notes (valid for 2 years) as per terms on newsletter and web site. If you do not wish to take advantage of the extra 20%, normal refund terms apply!

RETURNS & REFUNDS / Standard Terms

We are happy to refund or issue a credit note for items returned within 21 days from receipt. The item(s) must be new / unworn and fully labelled with Plümo swing tags especially the orange tag attached to the hem. Please make sure to retain your proof of postage. A certificate of posting is free of charge. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit if the certificate cannot be produced.

We aim to process all refunds within 10-12 working days from receipt. However during busy times i.e. the Sale, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.
We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

If you have not received your refund within 20 days of returning your order, (or 21 days for international returns) please email us your certificate of posting and a member of the team will immediately investigate the matter further for you.
