Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery $45 Deliveries take approx 2-4 working days from dispatch
- Express Delivery $56 (1-2 working days from dispatch, excludes weekends). Same day dispatch if ordered before 12 noon
Returns
We hope you love your order, but if not, you can return full-price items within 21 days of delivery for a refund. During sale periods, sale items can be returned within 14 days, due to high stock demand.
You can manage your return quickly and easily through our returns portal at the top of the page. You will be provided with a pre-pay label, and the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund. Returns shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are usually completed within 10–14 days of arrival; if it's been longer, please send an email to office@plumo.com and we'll investigate.
Exchanges are currently unavailable for orders to Australia. Please return the item for a refund and repurchase the new item.
All returned items must be new and unworn, complete with original packaging and all swing tags attached. Used or customer-damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Returning A Faulty Product
Please use our returns portal at the top of the page. Select the option damage/faulty and upload a photo and description and we will get back to you via email.
If a manufacturing fault is found then we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Courier costs are indicated at checkout. Any import charges or returns costs that may be due, are payable by the customer. For orders over $1000 AUD taxes will be displayed at the checkout.
