Delivery Times

  • Standard postage £3.95 Deliveries take approx 3 working days.
  • Express Delivery / 2 working days £9.95. Order by 12:00noon / within 1-2 working days, excludes week-ends and Bank holidays.

Delivery Instructions

We are happy to ask Royal Mail to leave a parcel with your neighbour but cannot take any responsibility if something goes wrong. The signature insures the value of the parcel in case of damage, loss or theft.

We can therefore not leave parcels without signature in a hiding place.

Returning A Faulty Product

Please use our returns portal at the top of the page. Select the option damage/faulty and upload a photo and description and we will get back to you via email.

If a manufacturing fault is found then we’ll repair or replace the product in accordance with the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges & Refunds

You can manage your exchange or return quickly and easily through our returns portal at the top of the page. Return postage of £3.95 will be deducted from your original purchase if you select a pre-pay label, alternatively you can select the self-shipping option on the returns portal. Returns shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are happy to exchange the same style for a different size and will send out the replacement free of charge. For any other exchanges, please return the item for a refund and repurchase the new item.

All returned items must be new and complete with original packaging, with all swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Return postage is non-refundable.

International (Europe and World Wide)

We are happy to ship orders internationally. Courier costs are indicated at checkout. Any import charges or returns costs that may be due, are payable by the customer.
