Unusual detail, very striking tunic

I love this tunic, bought for a trip to Mexico. Will be great over leggings, shorts or skinny jeans. I particularly love the embroidery and it does have a lovely Spanish feel to it. Comes up quite large, and the size 12 (M) shoulders are a little big for my average 12 size body...
