Orders must be received before 12:00 noon to guarantee a next working day delivery (excludes week ends). After 12.00 noon, we can guarantee a 48 hours working day service.

COLLECTION FROM THE OFFICE A collection of the order from the office is possible. Please phone customer services to arrange it. We need 24 hrs notice. Postage costs will not be charged.

We will put your order on hold and email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight & dimension of the box. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Plümo can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.

You are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the despatch of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order. Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. EXCHANGES ARE FREE Please contact customer services 0208 889 9945 for RTA number/label.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.



You can place the order over the phone with customer services, they will remove the postage cost. The parcel will be ready for collection the following working day.
