Standard and First Class deliveries are not guaranteed. Delivery time is an indication only.

EXPRESS DELIVERY*

Orders must be received before 12:00 noon to guarantee a next working day delivery (excludes week ends). After 12.00 noon, we can guarantee a 48 hours working day service.

COLLECTION FROM THE OFFICE

A collection of the order from the office is possible. Please phone customer services to arrange it. We need 24 hrs notice. Postage costs will not be charged.

 

CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY

We operate an extended returns policy for Christmas presents. Goods purchased as Gifts can be returned until 20th January 2017.

WORLD WIDE

We will put your order on hold and email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight & dimension of the box. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you. Please note that return postage cannot be refunded. Please note that any house items cannot be sent internationally as they may be damaged.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

Delivery instructions are given at your own risk. If you give instructions for a parcel to be left with a neighbour or specific place unfortunately Plümo can not take responsibility for lost or stolen parcels if a parcel is delivered and something goes wrong.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are happy to refund or issue a credit note for items returned within 21 days from receipt. The item (s) must be new / unworn and fully labelled with Plümo swingtags. Please make sure the parcel is sent via a recorded service and sufficiently insured. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However during busy times i.e. the Sale, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made. Please bear in mind that your bank requires time to process/refund you which might add an additional 3-4 days, depending on whom you bank with.

 

EXCHANGES ARE FREE Please contact customer services 0208 889 9945 for RTA number/label.

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. SAVE POSTAGE & COLLECT FROM OUR OFFICE

You can place the order over the phone with customer services, they will remove the postage cost. The parcel will be ready for collection the following working day.
