Orders must be received before 12:00 noon to guarantee a next working day delivery (excludes week ends). After 12.00 noon, we can guarantee a 48 hours working day service.

EUROPE 1
Ireland, Germany, Holland, Belgium, Luxembourg, France £14.95 Delivery takes approx. 7 working days.

EUROPE 2
Denmark, Finland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Sweden. £19.95 Delivery takes approx. 7 working days.

We will put your order on hold and email a quote for the shipping cost which is based on weight & dimension of the box.

Standard posting last date Monday 19th December.

Express delivery last date 12pm Wednesday 20th December.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
You are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the despatch of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original swing tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order. Please reconfirm the delivery address for exchange items. All return items should be sent to:

We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of despatch in case an item is lost. Please make sure you have sufficient insurance cover especially when returning valuable products. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. Any import duties that may arise for shipping and returned items will need to be covered by you.
Please note that return postage cannot be refunded.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 days. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will post a confirmation once the refund has been made.

RETURNS POLICY IN THE SALE ONLY
The customer is entitled to a full product refund if goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt.

RETURNS POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS PRESENTS
Christmas presents can be returned until 15th January 2012. We can only refund the original credit card used.
